Hotel Regulations

HOTEL REGULATIONS

The hotel management would like to thank you for familiarizing yourself with and cooperating in adhering to this regulation, which is intended to ensure the peace and safety of our guests during their stay.

  1. The commencement of your stay at the hotel implies your acceptance of these regulations.​
  2. The guest renting a room at the hotel is required to present a photo identification document confirming the guest's identity to the receptionist during check-in. In case of refusal to provide the document in a manner that allows check-in, the receptionist is obligated to deny the room key.
  3. Upon request, the receptionist is obliged to fill in the remaining registration details from the guest's ID themselves.
  4. The hotel reserves the right to collect a deposit for damages via credit card or cash.
  5. A reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of the agreed deposit by the hotel. After 30 days from the date of arrival, the deposit paid is non-refundable. The hotel provides the option to transfer the deposit to another date, but not later than 6 months from the date of cancellation of the stay.
  6. The remaining payment for the declared stay or selected offer must be settled on the day of arrival at the hotel reception.
  7. If a guest cancels their stay during its duration due to their own decision or poor health, they must notify the hotel of this fact. In these cases, the hotel is not obligated to provide additional services or a refund for unused stays or services.
  8. The reservation of a stay is valid until the planned arrival time at 24:00. After the specified time, the reservation will be canceled. To avoid reservation cancellation, please inform the reception of a late arrival.
  9. A hotel room is rented for a night. If a guest does not specify the length of their stay when renting a room, it is assumed that the room has been rented for one night. The hotel day lasts from 15:00 to 11:00 the next day.
  10. Requests to extend the hotel day must be made at the hotel reception by 10:00 on the day preceding departure. The hotel may not grant the request for room extension if there are no available rooms.
  11. Staying in a room or leaving belongings after 11:00 is considered an extension of the stay. If a guest vacates the room after 11:00, the reception computer program will charge for an additional day's room rental at the full rate.
  12. The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation to a hotel guest who has significantly violated the hotel regulations during a previous stay, causing damage to hotel property, other guests, or hotel staff.
  13. The hotel reserves the right to cancel or interrupt a stay for reasons beyond its control, including force majeure (breakdowns, political events, decisions of state, governmental authorities, or other institutions). However, the hotel is obliged to promptly inform the guest of this.
  14. A hotel guest is not allowed to transfer the room to other people, even if the paid stay period has not expired.
  15. Accommodating unregistered persons in a hotel guest's room after 22:00 is equivalent to the guest's consent to pay for additional occupants. Each additional person will be charged according to the current extra bed rate for an adult, as listed in the hotel reception.
  16. Hotel guests are financially responsible for any damage or destruction of hotel property, equipment, and technical devices caused by them or by persons visiting them, as well as minors under their care.
  17. Throughout their stay at the hotel, children under 13 years old must be under the constant supervision of adults. Legal guardians are responsible for children's behavior, including any damage or harm caused.
  18. Silence is required in the hotel from 22:00 to 06:00 the next day. Guests who are intoxicated or disruptive to the peace with their behavior will not be admitted.
  19. During quiet hours, guests and those using hotel services must maintain silence to avoid disturbing the peace of other guests. Exceptions to this rule are days when the hotel organizes dance evenings or other special events.
  20. The hotel provides services in accordance with its category and standards.
  21. Hotel guests should immediately inform the hotel reception of any damage upon discovery, allowing the hotel to react promptly.
  22. Liability for the loss or damage of items brought by persons using hotel services is governed by the provisions of Articles 846-849 of the Civil Code.
  23. For the comfort of your stay, please do not rearrange room furniture. It is also prohibited to remove items that constitute hotel equipment from the hotel premises.
  24. Taking hotel towels to the beach from the rooms is prohibited.
  25. Every time you leave your room, please ensure that the doors and windows are locked.
  26. Smoking and the use of other substances are prohibited in hotel rooms and on hotel premises. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. In case of violation of this prohibition, the hotel has the right to charge the guest for room refreshment costs at a rate of 1000 PLN and fire department intervention costs in the event of automatic fire alarm activation.
  27. Due to fire safety requirements in hotel rooms, the use of electric heaters, electric stoves, radiators, electric irons, and similar devices that are not part of the hotel room equipment is prohibited. This rule does not apply to laptops, chargers, and game consoles.
  28. In case of a fire, please notify the hotel staff of the danger and proceed to the nearest exit following the evacuation route.
  29. Casual smart attire is required during meals. Guests are not allowed to wear slippers, swimwear, or bathrobes.
  30. Guests are not allowed to take meals or beverages out of the hotel restaurant. In case of violation of this prohibition, the hotel has the right to charge the guest the room service fee.
  31. The hotel ensures the security of guest personal data and processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.
  32. The hotel ensures the protection of guest personal data from third-party access and disclosure, except when disclosure is required by data protection regulations.
  33. Employees and contractors of the Administrator, to whom personal data processing has been entrusted, such as reception and office staff, may be recipients of guest personal data.
  34. The hotel is obliged to provide:
    • A safe stay, including the confidentiality of guest information.
    • Professional and courteous service for all hotel services.
    • Room cleaning and necessary equipment repairs during the guest's absence, or in their presence only when requested.
    • In case of unreparable defects, the hotel will make every effort to change the room or mitigate any inconveniences.
  35. The hotel provides the following services free of charge upon guest request:
    • Providing information related to the stay and travel.
    • Wake-up calls at designated times.
    • Luggage storage for registered hotel guests.
    • The hotel may refuse to accept luggage on dates other than the guest's stay and items that do not qualify as personal luggage.
  36. Items left in the hotel are stored for one month.
  37. The stay fee is collected from the guest in advance on the day of arrival. In case of a guest's cancellation of the hotel stay during the day, the fee for that day is not refunded.
  38. Bringing pets for recreational purposes on hotel premises is prohibited, especially in the cafe, restaurant, and bars. When a hotel guest moves around the hotel premises with a pet, it must be kept on a leash and muzzled.
  39. Storing hazardous goods, firearms, and ammunition in the hotel room is prohibited.
  40. The hotel has the right to perform a pre-authorization of a credit card or collect a cash deposit for the entire stay.
  41. The hotel may refuse further service to a guest who behaves loudly, causes disturbances, or is aggressive in any way that disrupts the hotel's operation, without a refund for their stay.
  42. The hotel may refuse accommodation to a guest under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, displaying verbal or physical aggression.
  43. For safety reasons, moving around the hotel premises such as the main lobby, restaurant, cafe, corridors, SPA, and Fitness areas on bicycles, skateboards, scooters, rollerblades, and skates is prohibited.
  44. The hotel is not responsible for damage to or loss of the guest's vehicle.
  45. Hotel rooms are not suitable for storing recreational equipment such as scooters, bicycles, quads, etc. There are designated areas in the hotel for this purpose.
  46. Parking in the underground garage and on hotel premises is subject to a fee. The hotel does not guarantee the availability of parking spaces.
  47. In case of damage to hotel property, the guest will be financially responsible based on the estimate of calculated losses.


In case of violation of the provisions of these regulations, the hotel may refuse further services to the person who violates them. Such person is obliged to immediately comply with the hotel staff's instructions, settle payments for previous services, pay for any damage or destruction caused, and leave the hotel premises.
