SPA Regulations

The hotel recommends that clients book treatments a few days in advance, if not booked the hotel will not be responsible for the lack of available dates.
In the absence of prior reservation, the Customer may use the services subject to availability.
In case of PACKAGE TREATMENTS - failure to arrive at the agreed treatment and failure to inform the SPA Reception about its cancellation results in the treatment NOT BEING PERFORMED.
Package treatments are not exchangeable for others, their time is set top-down before the arrival of the guest and can be changed at the request of the guest only in exceptional cases.
If you are late for your appointment, HarmonySpa reserves the right to shorten your treatment without any reduction in price.
In case of no-show and failure to inform the Spa Reception about the fact, the Guest will be charged for the treatment:
- cancellation of a visit up to 6 hours before the treatment - free of charge

- cancellation up to 3 hours before the treatment - 50% of the treatment price

- cancellation of a visit less than 3 hours before the treatment - 100% of the treatment price.

The cancellation is also regarded as a guest's failure to appear for the arranged treatment.
In the SPA area it is forbidden to drink alcoholic beverages, smoke tobacco, use drugs and bring animals.
An employee of the SPA has the right to refuse to perform a treatment if the client does not comply with the rules of these regulations, is under the influence of alcohol or intoxicants.
The Hotel and SPA employees are not responsible for jewelry and other valuables left in the SPA area.
Children under 16 years of age are only allowed in the SPA when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Children and youth under 16 CANNOT use the SPA services, youth over 16 only with permission of a parent or guardian.
The Hotel reserves the right to change the opening and closing times of the SPA due to technical or other reasons.
Reservations for treatments in HarmonySpa by persons who are not hotel guests require an advance payment of 50% of the cost of the treatment.
The purchase of a given service is tantamount to the Customer's declaration that he or she has become acquainted with it.
