On Sunday, 26 July, the beach in Świnoujście will be transformed into a hub of sport and summer energy. The Baltic Tour Medicover Sport will take place at entrance no. 15 on Al. Interferie. The event is scheduled to start at 10.00.
The main attraction of the event will be beach tennis. The programme will include open training sessions led by coaches, during which participants will learn the rules of the game, master basic techniques and try their hand at playing on the sand. A beach tennis tournament with prizes is also planned, along with additional competitions for participants. You don’t need your own equipment or any previous experience — rackets and balls will be available on site. This is a great opportunity to discover a dynamic and highly entertaining sport that’s perfectly suited to a seaside setting. We invite both those who already play and those who will be holding a racket for the very first time to take part.
However, the fun doesn’t end with beach tennis. Participants can also look forward to an obstacle course, which they can tackle on their own or together with family and friends. There’ll also be plenty of outdoor fitness sessions. The programme will include cardio exercises, strength training and stretching.
After the activities, you’ll be able to relax in a specially prepared relaxation area, catch your breath and recharge your batteries before the next attractions.
